But special relativity is broken. It simplifies space into a 2d plane not a 3d space. E is even broken as special relativity doesn't account for the higs field.

You forgot to mention Doppler effect. Because of dilation the wavelength of light changes. Most of the time if it goes away from you it gets red shifted if it gets closer then it gets blue shifted.
